Note generation now recovers from a dropped connection: the finished note is fetched instead of lost. Discuss now draws on your own clinical pearls and knowledge bases and cites them. The newest note tab is always fully in view.

Differential Diagnosis Pie Chart Your AI differential diagnosis is now shown as a colour-coded pie chart. See the probability split across all diagnoses at a glance. Each slice is labelled with the condition name and percentage likelihood. An AI estimate, not a clinical diagnosis.

Discuss improvements: when you agree a plan in the discussion, you can now add it to the note surgically or regenerate the note with it, with clearer options and warnings.

Customise the clerking document: switch off the headings you do not use; anything recorded under a heading still appears. Your plan, pasted medications and past history now survive a regeneration. Discuss: a smart Redo in the reviewer's reply updates a single section in place, or regenerates when a fact changed, and says which it will do. Clearer Discuss answers, compact banners, bug fixes and polish.

Discuss the note: talk through your reasoning with the reviewer and redo the note from the discussion, with every change marked "Per discussion". Enter age, sex and trauma status when you open a new patient, before recording starts.

• Consultations in Persian, Arabic and other languages are now transcribed by the engines set for that language, matching the web app. • You can change the transcription language during a recording: everything said so far is kept, and the next words start on a new line in the new language. • The live words now match the transcript in typeface and size. • A Default Language setting has been added to Settings.

• Initial impression: optionally note age, sex and trauma status before seeing the patient. Anything said during the consultation takes precedence, and any conflict is clearly flagged on the note. • Consultation history now keeps night-shift work together: a note regenerated after midnight no longer appears as a separate entry. • Patient consent is now recorded at the exact moment transcription starts. • Small design refinements.

For data safety, iClerk now locks each time you leave it, and after five minutes without use. Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID, or sign in again. A consultation that is recording carries on while the app is locked, and nothing from your notes shows in the app switcher. Urine results now appear on one line under Investigations, replacing “Awaited”. Notes waiting to be saved are no longer included in device backups.

Persian and Arabic consultations now display in the Vazirmatn typeface and read right to left, line by line, in the Consult transcript, the live words and the transcript editor. The language menu is now a steady, compact list.

Trauma status on a note is now judged by reading the clinical narrative, rather than by matching words in the transcript. A patient's background - previous falls, an old injury, post-traumatic stress disorder - is no longer mistaken for today's presentation, and a C-spine line in the examination no longer implies a traumatic mechanism. Where no judgement can be made, no trauma label is shown.

Your plan and remaining allowance now appear in the app header, matching the web app: days left while you are on a trial, and consultations remaining once you are on a plan. Also fixes an issue where that status did not appear at all for some accounts, and where a renewal date could read as though access were about to expire.

When you add test results or a photograph to a consultation, the note is now rebuilt from the note as you currently have it — including any edits you have made — so changes such as a rewritten examination section are kept.

Note style: you can now have your notes list only what was actually recorded, leaving out items that were not done. Choose your preferred style the first time you sign in, or change it any time in Settings — it applies to new notes, and existing notes keep the style they were written in. Also includes a stability fix for app launch.

Reliability improvements: notes now save more robustly, including when offline. Smoother history browsing. Clearer formatting for laboratory results, with abnormal flags highlighted. Add printed test results to a note by photographing the report.
