This update makes home upkeep more reliable: • One-time checklist tasks stay visible alongside recurring maintenance. • Maintenance schedules keep rolling forward, with seasonal work aligned to March and September. • Reminders stay up to date across your homes as tasks and properties change. • Cancel now discards property edits, and purchase dates save correctly. • Task suggestions respect completed recurring work. • Clearer subscription loading and retry states, plus custom upkeep reminders with HomeOS Plus. • A simpler four-tab experience focused on Home, Library, Upcoming, and Passport; the investment calculator has been removed.

Checklist progress is now easier to review at a glance. See completed and remaining items clearly, track overall progress, and distinguish finished steps from what still needs attention.
