Never lose a paid lesson again! Track 10-pack punch cards, sync your 7-day family sports calendar with co-parents & nannies, and vote on coach makeup polls in 1 tap.
Welcome to PunchCaddy — the ultimate parent-first companion to manage your children's extracurricular activities, private lessons, and prepaid packages.
As parents, managing multiple children, various sport/art coaches, and tracking unused class cards or prepaid lesson packs can be overwhelming. PunchCaddy brings all of this together in a single, beautiful dashboard.
Key Features: • Prepaid Balance & Punch Card Tracking: Log prepaid lesson packages (e.g., 10 swim classes, 5 math tutoring sessions) and punch them off with a single tap. Always know your remaining balances and expiration dates. • Multiple Child Profiles: Create custom profiles for each child with unique sport tags and color-coding. • Caretaker & Nanny Sync: Securely share child profiles with co-parents, grandparents, or nannies. When they log a session, your balances sync instantly in real-time. • Native Calendar Sync: Sync lesson times and practice schedules directly to your iPhone's native calendar. • Proactive Balance Reminders: Receive alerts when a package is low on sessions so your child never misses a class.
Ditch the spreadsheets, forgotten paper punch cards, and chaotic group text threads. Download PunchCaddy today to reclaim your calendar!
