Online orders, straight to your phone. NEW ORDER ALERTS • When a customer orders delivery or collection from your website, Webukit alerts you as soon as it's paid — "New delivery order" or "New collection order", with their name, the total and when they want it. • The app icon, More and Orders show how many new orders are waiting to be accepted. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FULFIL IT • New orders sit at the top, with orders in progress just below. Each one shows Delivery or Collection, its reference, the time it's wanted, the total, and whether it's paid by card or to pay on delivery. • Open an order to call or email the customer in one tap, see the delivery address and the customer's instructions, and open it in Maps. • Every dish with its menu number, the customer's choices and notes, plus subtotal, delivery fee and total. ONE-TAP ORDER PROGRESS • Accept & start, then Out for delivery or Ready for collection, then Delivered or Collected. Properties — let a place by the night, straight from the app. Take a deposit, collect the balance, refund a stay and hold a damage deposit without leaving the booking. The app now opens in light mode, and Settings has an Appearance control if you prefer dark or want to follow the system. Each business now shows its own logo in the switcher, so you can tell them apart at a glance. The Stripe payment link sits on the booking form, so you can send a customer a deposit link while you are still taking the booking.

Your workspace, now with a sense of touch. The app responds as you use it: a light tap under every button, row and toggle, and a gentle cue whenever a window opens or closes — so actions feel confirmed without you looking. Creating an appointment by pressing and dragging on the calendar gives a little nudge the moment it takes hold, and ticks through each 15-minute step as you size the slot. New: Requests. Need a change to your site, or something built? Raise a request right from the app — in More → Requests. Add a title, category, priority, target date and screenshots, follow it through Submitted → In Review → In Progress → Done, and message back and forth on each one. It's the same request desk as the web portal, so whichever you open, you see the same thing. One place for everyone who walks in. Guests who book a table and people who buy an event ticket now land in your Clients list automatically, right alongside your appointment customers — so loyalty, reach and stats work off one complete picture, whatever kind of business you run. Loyalty is always one tap away. However your business is set up, Loyalty now keeps its place in the bottom bar. For a venue that also runs events, that's Reservations, Menu, Events, Loyalty — with Tables moving into More. Also in this release: Copy us on reminders: choose whether your business inbox is BCC'd on the reminder emails your customers receive — in email branding. The day calendar now scrolls from anywhere you swipe, including over empty slots. (This one wasn't fully fixed last time — it is now.) Tap a booking, an empty slot, or press-and-hold to block out time — all working cleanly alongside free scrolling.

A fresh look, and a calmer way to work. Webukit has a new colour — a deeper indigo, with warmer accents across charts, stats and section icons, so bookings, orders and rewards are easier to tell apart at a glance. Your own logo now sits on a dark plate wherever it appears, so light and white logos stay visible. Loyalty is now your customer hub — Clients, Programs, Reach, Check-ins and Rewards live together in one tab, so everything about the people who keep coming back is one tap away. Clients gets a proper upgrade: order by most recent, top spend, most visits or A–Z, see phone, email, last visit and where they came from at a glance, and every client now has the same colourful profile mark you see on the web. Search sits with the sort options, out of the way until you need it. New Services tab: your Portfolio, intake Forms, Deposit rules and your Team, all in one place instead of buried in More. New Discounts: create a code once and use it on appointments, your shop or event tickets. Choose what it applies to, when it expires, how many times it can be used and whether it's for one client or for everyone. Codes stay off until you switch them on. Check customers in by scanning their code — and decide exactly how many points a booking, a service or a visit is worth.
