Bring the records you already have into doorledge. • Import USD transaction CSVs from Airbnb, your bank or card provider. Edit rows, choose categories from menus, and swipe to remove with undo. Possible duplicates start unchecked. • See income and rental expenses by property, year or month. Compare with the previous month or year, including expenses by category. Periods still underway use matching elapsed dates. • Plan a mortgage or loan for any property, including an RV or houseboat. View monthly principal, interest and the rental/personal share you choose. Loan estimates stay separate from expense records. Imports and comparisons use the records you provide; they do not replace reconciliation or determine taxable profit.

New: property checklists and supply reminders. Keep a reusable list for turnovers, restocking or maintenance visits. Check tasks off, then start the same list again next time. Share a copy with your co-host, partner or cleaner through Messages or another app. Changes do not sync back. Bought coffee, towels or other supplies?
