Avoid at all cost

They have terrible customer service and policy regarding anyone affected by natural disaster. They were the only company unwilling to work with me. Just an FYI, if you have an emergency, they require you to wait 60 days past due before applying for their hardship program to which they hit your credit report with late payments despite calling in for help. To get anything submitted for them to correct the late payments, you have to write a letter which you either have to mail in or fax. In the event you have any type of emergency, they are not the company to help you out. The least compassionate company when it comes to hardship that I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost. Plus the annual fee is $49. You can’t use the card most places, mine would get declined most places even when u had adequate available funds. Really embarrassing for them as a company.

One of the worst credit cards ever

I made a payment of hundred dollars on May 27, 2025 on May 28 to bluff my card requesting address verification on the same date. I emailed them my bank statement with my address on my name. It took him 12 days to review it and even today, which is the 12th day after I called them They told me that the account has been reinstated and your available credit is ready to use but every time I logged into the app it shows zero I called many times and they keep telling me wait. 30 minutes. Wait 30 minutes and it still no available credit.

Need help

**Update**
I have called customer service. They told me there’s nothing wrong with my account and that it’s the problem of the site. So over 5 sites and now I store as well. It came up as lost or stolen at circle k then declined due to security at Dillas. Both in store!

My transactions are being declined on multiple online sites. I can’t find where to contact support through the app I have plenty available funds on my card. I’ve gotten no fraud alerts. Why is my card declining!!
