TapOasis helps you create a physical boundary around focus, rest, and sleep. It is local-first: no account or sign-in is required, and your core session history stays on your iPhone. CREATE YOUR ROUTINE - Set up Night Sleep, Nap, and Flexible Sleep sessions. - Choose timer or schedule-based sessions, wind-down time, repeat days, and local reminders. - Use optional white noise and Live Activities during an active session. LIMIT DISTRACTIONS WITH APPLE SCREEN TIME Choose apps, categories, and websites with Apple's Family Controls interface. During a protected session, iOS applies the Screen Time shield to the selections you made. If access is unavailable or revoked, TapOasis shows the authorization state instead of claiming that protection is active. ADD A PHYSICAL CHECKPOINT A compatible, verified Oasis NFC tag can be linked to a session for supported start, stop, pause, and unlock actions. NFC verification happens on your iPhone. REVIEW YOUR PROGRESS See local session history, weekly patterns, journal notes, and guard insights. When Screen Time access is available, an Apple Device Activity report can show notification counts, pickups, and top app usage for the selected interval. You can export your TapOasis session records as CSV or choose to add a completed session to Apple Calendar. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH INSIGHTS When you choose Connect in Insights, TapOasis requests read-only access to Sleep Analysis, Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability (SDNN), Oxygen Saturation, and Respiratory Rate. Health information is used on device to present general wellness insights. TapOasis does not write Health data or upload it. LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN TapOasis session records stay in local app storage. Screen Time selections use Apple's opaque tokens and remain on device. Core use does not require a TapOasis account, cloud sync, or a TapOasis backend. TapOasis is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Apple Screen Time, Health, Calendar, Motion, notifications, and NFC features depend on device support and permissions. A compatible Oasis tag is required for NFC controls.
