Open any item for details and discuss it with AI. - PM reviews each phase's outcome criteria and explains which ones are confirmed. - Turn Auto PM on right from the project card. Phases - A simpler phase screen: outcome, tasks and criteria in one list. - Phase criteria are always visible and can be edited. - Completed phases are marked in green. Projects - Switch a project between Personal and Work right from its header. - See project collaborators on the project card. - A clear hint when a filter has no projects. Notes - Note AI chat keeps its history and picks up where you left off. Fixes - Manually created projects now reliably save to the server. - If AI project creation fails, your goal is kept. - Sheets now fit their content, with no empty space at the bottom. - Minor UI and stability improvements.

This update makes capture faster, meetings more reliable and your data easier to protect. SHOW YOUR SCREEN TO THE AI • Open any app, share your screen and simply say what to save — "add this meeting to my calendar", "create a task from this message". Drafts are prepared for you to check before anything is created. • A Live Activity shows what the assistant is doing while the session runs. BETTER MEETING RECORDING • Recording survives a locked screen and a backgrounded app, and recovers a recording that was interrupted. • Clearer processing, transcription and summary states, with honest messages when speech could not be recognised. • You choose whether to keep the audio file with the note, and which project the note belongs to. APP LOCK • Protect Vibify with a PIN, and unlock with Face ID. • Review and revoke active sessions and devices in Settings → Security. AGENTS AND TASK HELP • Create your own agents, describe what they do in plain words, and assign tasks to them. • Follow an agent's run stage by stage and answer when a clarification or a decision is needed. • Stuck on a task? Ask for help and get concrete next steps. SIGN-IN AND SETTINGS • Sign in with Telegram, alongside Apple, Google, and email and password. • Settings have been rebuilt as a faster sheet, with direct links to each section. PRIVACY AND AI • The AI consent screen now lists in full what may be sent to OpenAI, with links to our Privacy Policy and OpenAI's. • A dedicated confirmation is shown before your first voice recording, and "Without AI" keeps the whole app usable with every AI feature off. Plus voice capture fixes, quicker note editing, and a long list of smaller improvements. Thank you for using Vibify — write to us from Settings → Support if something is not working as it should.
