CameraPrompter Pro

The hardest part is pressing record.
It's not the writing. It's not the editing. It's that moment when the camera is on and you're supposed to sound like yourself — and instead you're glancing down at notes, losing the thread, and starting over. Again.
CameraPrompter puts your script right on top of your camera feed. Your face sits behind your words, so you can read every single line while looking straight at the lens. Nobody can tell you're reading. They just see you, talking to them.
READ WHILE LOOKING AT THE LENS
Your script scrolls over a live view from your camera. Adjust the text size, speed, and opacity until reading feels invisible, and use the eyeline guide to keep your gaze exactly where the lens is.
IT WAITS FOR YOU
Voice scroll follows your reading. Pause to think, ad-lib a joke, laugh at yourself — the script stops when you stop and picks up when you do. No pedal, no remote, no scroll speed anxiety.
RECORD WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP
Record picture and sound right in CameraPrompter. Your video saves straight to your device — no uploads, no account required to keep your footage, and no watermarks. Ever.
ANY CAMERA YOU OWN
Your phone's front camera, your laptop's webcam, or a professional camera like a Sony FX30 connected over USB — if your device can see it, CameraPrompter can prompt over it. Your scripts sync across your devices, and you can even cast the prompter to a TV or second screen.
BRING YOUR SCRIPTS
Write in the built-in editor or upload Word documents. Mirroring options are there if you use a beam-splitter teleprompter — and happily unnecessary if you don't.
FREE FOREVER. PRO IF YOU WANT IT.
The full teleprompter — camera overlay, casting, every display setting, five saved scripts — is free, forever, no watermarks. CameraPrompter Pro adds voice scroll, in-app recording, and unlimited saved scripts for $12.99 a year. That's one lunch, for a year of easier takes. Every new account starts with a 7-day Pro trial.
Pause. Take a breath. Say the line again. You were never bad on camera — you were just reading from the wrong place.
