MenYou is a practical meal planner for turning the food you like into an organised weekly plan.
Build a reusable dish library with recipes, ingredients, servings, photos, meal tags, and prep steps. Generate a menu from your saved dishes, review suggestions, accept a plan, and track what is coming up as the week moves on.
MenYou can turn accepted menus into a structured shopping list by combining recipe ingredients and quantities. If you choose, it can sync MenYou-owned shopping items with Apple Reminders while leaving your other reminders alone.
Keep your planning data on device and in sync across your Apple devices through your private iCloud account, without a separate MenYou login.
Follow recipes one step at a time with Cook mode. On iPhone Duo and iPad, use the extra space to keep ingredients beside instructions, menus beside meal details, and your shopping list beside ingredient review.
Helpful extras include widgets, a watch glance, Siri and Shortcuts actions, ingredient nutrition estimates, contextual tips, and optional Apple Intelligence features on supported devices. MenYou Plus is a £6 one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks editing and saving recipes imported from links; you can try the read-only recipe preview before buying. Core planning, dish management, menu generation, and shopping-list workflows remain available without Apple Intelligence or MenYou Plus.

- Keep repeated recipe ingredients and prevent deletion of ingredients used in recipes. Background suggestions preserve changes you make while waiting.
- Import recipes with Unicode fractions and quoted text, and keep fresh, dried and ground ingredients distinct.
- Ask MenYou now respects Have and picked choices, includes manual shopping items, and selects the menu you name.
- Menu period edits keep dates consistent, exact ingredient weights calculate nutrition correctly, and Shortcuts open the requested screen.
- Widgets and Watch meal information advance with time. Failed sponsored cards stop showing a loading placeholder.
