You decide when AI is on — everywhere. • One switch for your whole account: turn AI features off in Settings → Privacy → AI features, and they're off on every device and on the SoulNotes website • With AI off, nothing is sent to the AI, the AI buttons are hidden, and your scheduled weekly and circle reports stop • Then & Now and circle reports now ask for your consent before their first use Your journal, Memories, People and Cycle work without AI, as they always have.

Memories build as you write. The first anniversaries appear a year after your first entry — everything you write now becomes one.
