Type the rate on an exchange counter's board and get an estimate against mid-market in seconds. Converter, expense log and three Rate Checks are free. Most travel apps tell you what you spent. TravelFi helps you spot where travel fees and weak exchange rates may be costing you more. RATE CHECK — "AM I GETTING RIPPED OFF?" Standing at an exchange counter? Type the rate on the board. TravelFi compares it with a reference mid-market estimate and gives you a verdict in plain language: "This counter takes about 8% — you'd lose roughly $24 on $300. Walk away." Verdicts are estimates. They work offline with cached rates and always show how old those rates are. Three Rate Checks are free. BUDGET RUNWAY — "WILL MY MONEY LAST?" Your budget becomes a projection. TravelFi estimates when your available money may run out based on your recorded spending pace. With TravelFi Pro it also subtracts the hotels and flights you've already committed to, so the number reflects what remains available. LEAK REPORT — "WHERE IS IT GOING?" ATM fees. Card foreign-transaction markups. DCC — the "pay in your home currency?" choice that can add a costly markup. TravelFi estimates what they cost you and shows the total for the week or the whole trip. TravelFi Pro breaks the total down by source. CASH ON HAND (PRO) Log ATM withdrawals and exchanges once, and TravelFi counts your pocket cash down with every expense — plus estimates the all-in rate each withdrawal cost you. TRIP REPORTS When your trip ends, see total spending, budget performance, cost per day, exchange results and money leaks in one clear wrap-up. Share the report as an image. ATM FEE PLANNER (PRO) TravelFi uses your recorded ATM fee history to estimate a minimum withdrawal that keeps fixed fees below a selected percentage. Check your bank's limits and use only what fits your situation. TravelFi 1.3.1 is a reliability update. • The welcome screen's button is no longer hidden behind the tab bar • Free Rate Checks are counted correctly before you set up a trip • Rate labels now show how old the reference rates really are, and the converter tells you when a refresh fails • Baht and similar currencies accept decimals, and typed amounts are cleaned as you go • Save and Check buttons stay reachable above the keyboard, including at large text sizes • Trip reports show your daily pace while a trip is still in progress • TravelFi Pro stays unlocked for up to 14 days if the App Store can't be reached • Past exchange losses keep the rate from the day you logged them • Adopts Apple's newer app lifecycle in preparation for iOS 27
