My church stop using Pushpay without me knowing it. Now I can only access the transactions, but cannot give one time or add a recurring gift or change a recurring gift. The recurring gifts I had set up continue to be honored and deducted from my checking account. this is distressing. I liked the app while it was in use. However, I could not revise the recurring gifts. This may be my problem with understanding. How do I stop these gifts from occurring now?

I recently, one week ago, installed this app to make a monthly recurring donation to my church. The transaction reported that it had been made but then I see an error without any explanation of what the error was. I sent an immediate support question regarding this transaction and now one week later have not heard any resolution or even that they are looking into it. By the way, the app shows no history of the transaction ever being done. So there doesn’t seem away to look at a giving history. But for them not to respond with a resolution or follow up question is inexcusable!

It works fine according to your setting. However, Push Pay does not notify you exceptional situations that requires your attention. For example, Push Pay does not flag these issues when the credit card transaction is denied (my experience), or the church you donate to no longer participates in Push Pay (other’s experience).

This is a really great app to use, specially for me since I can't always make it to church during the week. This makes it really easy to still give my offerings to my church.HOWEVER, this is the third time I've had to delete and redownload the app because it keeps crashing. I am using an iPhone XS Max and the last update to this app was a month before the phone's release. Please look into this and update app!
