Website better than the app
Great idea in concept, but I’m not sure of the point of the app since it just redirects to a web browser anyway. Frustrating to use for setting up and changing automated recurring giving. Better experience for me to just use the website for most things.
Does not work on my iPhone 7 Plus
It opens to a blank page when I click give now. This App keeps malfunctioning making it difficult for me to use it. Every time they fix it, it defaults back to going to the blank screen again rather than the giving page. This needs to be fixed in order to be user friendly.
There is no way to update the recurring giving amount. Adding a new recurring giving amount does not work either. I am getting very frustrated with this App. It needs a total overhaul in order to work for the users.
Please fix it because I would love to use it to do my giving to the church. This should be easy and convenient but it is anything but.
Bad UX/UI, bad data integrity, system bugs
I had automated giving set up for weekly tithe on Sundays. A bug in their system charged me again on a Tuesday. First of all, it takes so long to get in touch with a support person on the phone that I had to leave a voicemail. I eventually got in touch with someone thru the chat feature. He said he issued me a refund for the mistaken charge. When I checked the next day, the mistaken transaction record no longer exited on the app, and on the web portal, the dollar amount got changed to $0.00, but I hadn’t actually received a refund.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
