Most AI photo apps quietly beautify you until the person in the picture isn't you any more. Slimmer face. Different nose. Airbrushed skin. A stranger wearing your haircut.
Apex Era is built the opposite way. Every era is instructed to preserve your actual face — your bone structure, your eye colour, your skin tone, your age. What changes is everything around you: the wardrobe, the hair, the grooming, the lighting, the film stock, the room.

'80s Miami neon. A 1980s yearbook portrait, laser backdrop and all. 1990s grunge shot on expired film. Y2K frosted tips. 2016, centre part and a filter with a name. Indie sleaze at 3am under a direct flash. Or go further out — 1940s Hollywood noir, a 16th-century oil painting, a cyberpunk street in 2090.
New eras drop regularly. You don't need to update the app to get them.
HOW IT WORKS

3. We generate it. Under a minute.
Save the ones you love to your gallery, and share the before-and-after side by side.
YOUR PHOTOS
Generating a portrait means sending your photo to OpenAI's image model. It cannot happen on your device, and we don't pretend otherwise. We ask your permission before every single generation and show you exactly which photo is about to be sent. Your photo and the result are held in memory for that one request and then discarded — we never store them, never log them, and never sell them. Your saved portraits live on your phone.
Every image the app produces is AI-generated, and is marked as such in the file.

A subscription includes a weekly allowance of generations, refilled automatically. Need more? Credit packs never expire and are only used once your included credits run out. If a generation fails, the credit goes straight back to your balance.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings.
