Souvenir is a fully local travel memory app. There are no accounts and no server — all user data stays on the device. Location (optional) is used only to center the map and sort places by distance; it is never transmitted. Place search uses Google Places API and OpenStreetMap; maps are Esri tiles. A first-launch tour explains the app, and two removable example places are seeded so the map isn't empty.
