Hone is a discipline OS. You pick 3-8 daily non-negotiables - train, protein goal, sleep target, deep work - and check them off. The simplicity of the ritual keeps you in check.
THE EDGE SCORE
Your Edge is a persistent score that never resets. Filled-in days add to it, and missed days lower it. It climbs steadily with your consistency, but punishes you quickly with just a couple missed days. A simple design for something that should become second nature.
HOW IT WORKS
• Build your protocol from a preset (Base, Athlete, Student, Founder, The Cut) or from scratch
• Keystone habits are weighted 3x - these should be your most important goals
• Lock every item each day to keep your streak alive and see your progress realize
• Miss a day and your Edge bleeds - it won't hit zero, but you'll see the difference
• Time anchors send reminders for those time-specific habits

A heatmap of every locked day and your Edge trend over time, it's a simple way to visualize the good habits you've built.
