more New for coaches:
• Message a player straight from their activity log. Send message opens your conversation with them, with a suggested note you can change before sending — for example when they haven't checked in for a while, or have workouts overdue
• Share your hours as a PDF. In My Hours, pick the last 7, 14 or 30 days and send it by Mail or any other app. It lists each shift's date, times, hours, team, location and notes, with the total
• Club admins can share any coach's hours the same way from Timesheets
• A week's training plan now opens straight onto the PDF — no extra tap
1.1.28 Oct 10
Training library fixes:
• A week with a plan attached now shows the plan's name in the list, instead of saying nothing is planned
• The library now says plainly who can open the plans: the club's players, coaches and admin
• The upload limit now reads 20 MB, which is what it actually is
• Directors and external coaches are no longer offered a training document on an evaluation, since they can't open the library
Also clearer wording on who sees a team announcement, and on choosing a team for your hours.
1.1.27 Oct 9
TRAINING LIBRARY: a season plan and a drill library live on the Training screen. Coaches upload the week's plan or a drill sheet as a PDF and label what is in it; players read it on their phone. Visible to the player, their coaches and the club admin, and nobody else.
LIGHTS OUT: a coach can start bedtime on a whole team's phones with one button, until a time the coach picks. Families opt in once with the team's code in Screen Time Nanny, and a coach can only add quiet time — never unlock a phone.
• Evaluations can point at the fix. Finishing an evaluation offers a drill or a workout to go with it, and the player sees it marked as new on their own copy until they open it
• Announcements can repeat — pick the days, a start, and an end if you want one, and it posts itself
• A player's page now has an activity log: what they have done in the app, day by day
• Coaches can keep their own hours, and club admins see the club's timesheets
• Removing somebody from a club can be undone. "Put them back" restores a departure, Staff keeps a Removed section, and the confirmations now say plainly that the person loses access to the app
FIXED: a correct password was sometimes rejected at sign-in. It was a race, so it failed only now and then — try again and it worked — which is the worst way for a login to break.
FIXED: "My workouts" said a player had no workouts assigned when the list had simply failed to load. A broken list and an empty list looked identical; now they do not, and the message says what went wrong.
1.1.26 Oct 9
Fixes, and two features put away for now.
• Coaches can credit a goalkeeper with a save from match footage. Logging against a video never offered Save or Goal conceded before — not even for a keeper.
• The Message button on a player's own profile opens their coaches instead of failing.
• Sharing a clip outside the app offers WhatsApp, Copy link and your phone's own share sheet.
• The team performance chart and the live match board are put away while the club decides what they are for. Nothing already recorded is affected, and match history has moved to Teams > your team > Matches.
Earlier in this update: opening your notifications marks them all read, a body check names both soreness and pain, a player's chats sit above their coach's questions, and View performance opens your own charts.
1.1.25 Sep 26
Fixes from player and coach feedback:
• Opening your notifications now marks them all as read, so the bell and the Home card clear when you come back.
• Body check areas show both scores, for example "3/5 soreness · 5/5 pain", so a high pain score is never hidden behind a lower soreness score.
• Players see their conversations with coaches first in My questions, laid out like a message inbox, with the coach's questions underneath.
• View performance and the My performance tile take players straight to their own stats and charts.
1.1.24 Sep 14
Coaches can send match footage, and players finally have somewhere to watch it.
While a match video is playing, mark a passage — "From here", keep watching, "Till here" — and send it to the other coaches, the whole squad, or the players you choose, with a note on what to look for. Or send one player every moment they appear in, each one opening the footage a few seconds before it happens.
Everything a player has been sent now lives under More > Clips, grouped game by game, with the coach's note on each one. Tapping a clip plays exactly the marked passage.
You can also share a passage with someone who does not use the app — a parent, a scout — as a link you send through WhatsApp, Telegram or anything else, or just copy. They see the clip without an account, and can watch the rest of the match too. Links expire after 30 days and you can turn one off at any time.
Logged actions can be corrected. Every action on a match video now has a menu: send it on its own, edit who it was, what it was and its note, or delete it — and a player's season totals follow the correction.
Events now open. Tap a match, training or meeting to see its time, its place and the notes your coach added, and coaches can edit or cancel it from the same screen.
Soreness reports and daily check-ins open to the full report, and notifications now go where they say.
1.1.23 Sep 13
Goalkeepers are now first class. Keepers get their own evaluation form, and saves, clean sheets and goals conceded are tracked properly instead of being counted like outfield stats.
Every player now has match minutes, derived automatically from the live match timeline.
Notifications open the exact thing they are about. Tapping an evaluation, a message or a squad request takes you straight there instead of to a generic profile.
Coaches can now shape the evaluation form, turning individual categories on or off for what they actually want to assess.
Video player: 10-second skip forward and back, tap anywhere on the scrubber to seek, and full screen.
Share the tactical pitch with your starting XI or a hand-picked group, not just the whole squad.
Also: match moment rows are tappable across the whole card, team registration picks the right squad, and the check-in charts read correctly.
1.1.22 Sep 8
Coaches can record a short spoken message for a player on an evaluation, and
players can play it back.
Club admins can now choose exactly who a questionnaire goes to — a squad,
specific players, everyone, girls or boys only, staff by role, or parents.
Coaches request squad changes and club admins approve them.
Conversation templates can be inserted straight into a message.
Parents now see only their own children on the home screen.
Fixes: team lists show the coach, the player home screen is shorter, and
announcements load correctly.
1.1.21 Aug 18
Coaches can now record a spoken note while writing an evaluation and play it
back afterwards. Recordings stay private to your club.
Club roster: a real club-wide list of everyone, searchable and filterable.
Messages: pick a ready-made conversation template while composing.
Attendance is now taken one team at a time.
Fixes: announcements now load, the club badge appears throughout the app, and
signing in as a club admin works again.
1.1.20 Aug 17
Coach pitch view: players now stay in the exact slot you drop them into, and
benching a player no longer shifts the others along.
Players can add a profile photo, which appears in the roster in place of the
jersey number.
Bench chips show each player’s position so you can see which roles are free.
Shorter team labels (U16F, U15M), a reordered coach home screen, and a
Stats page focused on the player’s own record.
1.1.19 Aug 15
Team names now read as one compact tag (U15F, U12M) so squads are easier to scan.
New Team Preference card on the home screen: pick the shape your team plays, and the pitch view starts from it.
Positions are now chosen from the club's official list, including wing-backs.
Fixed: Goals and Assists sometimes did not appear on a player's stats; goalkeepers see Saves and Clean Sheets.
Fixed: a background glitch on the Stats page, and slow scrolling through a long match list.
Fixed: match moments no longer repeat themselves, and substitutions are no longer counted as feedback.
Coaches can now add players to their own teams.
1.1.18 Aug 12
FIXED: removing a player from a lineup in Pitch view did nothing — no error, no removal. Both the X button and dragging a player off the pitch work again.
• Evaluations are rebuilt around Physical, Technical, Tactical and Mental, scored 1-4. Club admins can add, rename or remove any category or attribute themselves, and players can read their own evaluations
• Live Game statistics now reach a player's profile as you log them, instead of waiting for the match to end
• Match video: attach a recording, then tap any logged moment to jump to that second. You can also log a moment straight from the video at the exact point you are watching
• Live match can be paused for half time or an injury, warns you if it is still running after two hours, and closes itself if it is ever forgotten
• A position now holds real depth — Rank 1, Rank 2, Rank 3 — and the depth chart can fill itself from the positions players set on their own profiles
• Coaches with more than one team get a card per team on the home screen, swiped between
• Notifications open the screen they refer to, and tell you when phone notifications are switched off
1.1.17 Aug 6
Live Game statistics now reach a player's profile the moment you log them. Goals, assists and saves used to be counted only when the match was ended, so a stat could look like it had not saved. Undo removes them again.
• Body Check: a 3D figure you rotate to report soreness and pain by muscle group, including glutes and groin/adductors, filed with your daily check-in
• Match video: attach a recording to a finished match, then tap any logged moment to jump straight to that second. Streams at whatever quality your connection can hold
• Every player has their own match moments, so you can review an action next to the statistic it produced
• Team roster on the coach home is now one card per team you coach — swipe between them
• Pitch view: the remove button works again, and a position holds real depth (Rank 1, Rank 2, Rank 3) instead of each player replacing the last
• Live match: notes on every event, a temporary-goalkeeper toggle, and players grouped by Attack, Midfield, Defence and Goalkeeper
• Events created by your club now notify the whole team, with push
• Notifications open the screen they refer to when you tap them
• An on-device assistant answers questions about your own squad using Apple Intelligence
1.1.16 Aug 2
This update rebuilds the tactical Pitch view around a fast, reliable drag-and-drop:
• Drag any player straight onto a slot — it responds instantly, a ghost chip follows your finger and the nearest slot lights up
• Layout mode: slots now stay glued under your finger even on fast drags, and land exactly where you release
• Remove a player by dragging them off the pitch — any side; the chip turns red so you know releasing removes them
• Drag between positions to MOVE a player (no more duplicates), onto a teammate to replace them, or below the pitch to send them to the bench
• Removing players and stacking depth at a position now work reliably, and no player ever disappears from the formation
• Players: your tab is now "My Stats" — season goals, assists, saves and clean sheets at a glance
• Coaches: the home focuses on your teams and roster (adding players and teams stays with club admins)
