Introducing Banny Live: host interactive rooms, bring characters onstage, and direct performances in real time. This update also improves automatic staging, entrances and exits, wardrobe changes, following captions, rendering, previews, and overall reliability.

- Depth was a dead field. character.depth = 0.5 with a recorded start pose of 0.06 poses at 0.06 — a performer with a recStart is simulated from that pose, so every depth the compiler ever wrote went nowhere. Depth is now held arrow keys, and both axes at once is a diagonal walk. - Out-of-order events were being swallowed whole. The simulator scans by index and stops at the first event later than now, and sorting was a side effect of facing resolution — which skips anyone with no turn to make. Now its own step over everyone. That also un-swallows interruption lines, which are placed back in time by definition. - The depth stagger no longer reorders your bands. Fixed ±0.18 became a share of the room, capped at halfway to the nearest band. - A premise that names a zone is a direction the studio won't undo. Bouncer at the door, queue further back — they talk across the gap instead of being dragged together. - A cast of nothing but the placeholder banny is no cast — the one-banny-standing-still bug — and the reading no longer discards a person whose body the model invented. - Bridge v6: one scratch folder per run, so the set read and the cast read stop deleting each other's picture.

- Importing a GIF no longer breaks the Create Background dialog. A multi-frame import made the thumbnail strip wider than the dialog's middle column, and the overflow was split across both sides — clipping the controls and preview panels off each edge at once, with the frame actions dropping their text labels. The thumbnails now scroll, so they stop dictating the dialog's width; the frame actions stay pinned outside the scroll. Still images were never affected, since one frame stays inside the width budget. - The Edit JSON… button under ADVANCED is reachable to accessibility tools again. An identifier on the whole disclosure group was overwriting the identifiers of every control inside it, so the button had no identity of its own to screen readers or automation. It was always visible and clickable by mouse — nothing changed on screen.

- Track names and controls in the left panel now scroll with their tracks instead of staying frozen in place - The ruler, captions, and playhead stay locked to the clips while you scroll horizontally — previously they held still while the tracks slid underneath - The start of the timeline is reachable again; the playhead no longer sits against the left panel showing the wrong time
