Generate high-quality Upwork proposals, video scripts, and project use cases with AI. Review, refine, approve, and manage your proposals—all in one place.
Propel is an AI-powered proposal management platform designed to help freelancers and teams create compelling project proposals faster. From a single project opportunity, Propel streamlines the entire proposal workflow—from AI-generated content and visual frame planning to final approval.
Simply submit a project opportunity, and Propel automatically generates a professional proposal, a detailed frame description, and a real-world use case using intelligent automation. The frame description outlines how the final visual content should look, helping turn your approved concept into a set of AI-generated images. Review each item, request revisions when needed, and approve content before it moves to the next stage.
### AI-Powered Proposal Generation
Generate high-quality project proposals in minutes using AI-powered workflows. Save time while maintaining a professional and personalized approach for every opportunity.
### Frame Description Generation
Create detailed frame descriptions tailored to each project. These descriptions outline the visual composition, content, and direction for each frame, providing a clear plan for the images that will be generated.
### AI-Generated Frames
Once the frame content is approved, Propel uses the approved descriptions to generate the corresponding visual frames as images. Generated frames can be reviewed and downloaded together as a ZIP file for convenient access.
### Real-World Use Cases
Automatically generate relevant use cases that demonstrate your understanding of client requirements and strengthen your proposals.
### Review & Approval Workflow
Review each generated component, request revisions when needed, and approve content before moving forward. Approving the frame descriptions initiates the frame generation process, keeping the workflow organized and controlled.
### Simple & Efficient
Propel brings proposal creation, content planning, AI-generated visuals, and approval together in a clean, intuitive interface designed to improve productivity and consistency.
Whether you're an independent freelancer or part of a growing team, Propel helps you prepare professional proposals and supporting visual content with confidence and efficiency.
