Act60Ready is the compliance platform for Puerto Rico Act 60. From application through the life of your decree, it tracks your presence days, organizes your residency evidence, and keeps every deadline in front of you — without ever logging your precise location on our servers.
Applications filed on or before December 31, 2026 remain under the 0% capital gains rules; later filings fall under the 4% rate. Wherever you are in the process, presence days count from the day you arrive in Puerto Rico — so tracking starts paying off at signup, not at decree grant.
TRACK YOUR DAYS
The 183-day presence test is the backbone of bona fide residency. Act60Ready counts your Puerto Rico days automatically, shows a live year-to-date total with a year-end projection, and tells you how many mainland days you have left. Manual entries cover travel days and edge cases. GPS-confirmed days are sealed with tamper-evident timestamps, so your log holds up as a record of what actually happened.

Proving residency shouldn't mean being surveilled. Location checks resolve on your phone to a simple answer — Puerto Rico or not — and that answer is all your day log stores. Precise location is never logged on our servers. No movement history, no breadcrumb trail, no map of where you've been: just the jurisdiction-and-date records the residency tests actually call for. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your records and exports stay under your control.
