You can now measure on Letter paper (8.5 × 11 in) as well as A4. Letter is selected automatically in the US and Canada; switch anytime from the paper chip on the camera screen or in Settings > Paper.

In the United States, "Find shoes" now searches Amazon.com in your measured US size (kids, men's, or women's). Shopping links are labeled "Ad". The shoe size shown on the Find shoes screen now matches the size used for the search.

Added seasonal shoe reminders (only if you turn them on in Settings). In March, May, September, and November, you get one reminder that you can search for seasonal shoes, such as indoor school shoes or rain boots, in the measured size. If it has been a while since the last measurement, it suggests measuring again. We also updated the Pro description and the FAQ to match the current features. iCloud backup and sync are now free for everyone.

Added "My size book". Add a brand and how the shoes fit (just right, tight, or loose) to your shoe notes, and the size that fits each brand is saved. Adults see sizes like "Nike 27.0 cm, just right"; children see the difference from their foot length, like "+0.9 cm over foot length was just right". "Find shoes in this size" now uses the sizes in your size book. Pro: "Show in store" puts your whole family's shoe sizes on one screen in large text. Open it from iPhone search or Siri with "Family shoe sizes".

Added "Find shoes in this size". Open it from the result right after measuring, the home screen, records, or shoe notes. In Japan, it matches each person's age and sex to show popular shoes (in the order of public bestseller rankings) and shoes for specific uses, such as soccer, baseball, school indoor shoes, work pumps, and walking, in the measured size. Adult shoes are included. You can also search for seasonal shoes or browse all shoes on online stores.

You can now measure a shoe's insole. Place the insole on A4 paper, trace around it with a pen, and photograph only the paper to see the toe room right now. Start from "Measure insole" on the Measure tab. Added "How to fit shoes", a set of checks for choosing shoes based on guidance from the Japanese Society for Foot Care and Podiatric Medicine and the American Podiatric Medical Association. With Pro, you get one notification when the toe room is likely down to about 5 mm, plus an estimate of the toe room in 3 months. Shoe width (E, 2E, and so on) is now shown as a range that reflects measurement error. The Settings screen is cleaner and easier to scan.

Settings are now grouped by purpose, with your Pro status at the top. The Pro screen now fits on one page, with the price and the purchase button in view right away. Button text is easier to read in Dark Mode. Pro now also includes adding a second shoe note and beyond, the full "All" span on the growth chart, and removing the Foot Size Check label from growth cards. Shoe notes you have already saved stay fully visible. Fixed the wording of the accuracy note on the home screen.

In the growth chart, "All" now shows the entire reference band, including the ages still ahead (Pro). It also switches properly for toddlers and adult profiles. Axis labels no longer overlap or get cut off. The Pro screen now previews the chart with your own child's records, and the birth date field explains what it is used for. The Records screen is now readable at larger text sizes.

Outlines traced at an angle are now measured correctly. This fixes cases where a foot that was not aligned with the paper could not be measured. Amazon has been added to the shoe search links, alongside Rakuten. Both search for your suggested size. Birthday greetings now also reach adult profiles. The guidance on placing the paper and your foot has been rewritten to be clearer.

Pro now shows a guide to how much room a shoe has left. For each pair in Shoe notes, it gives about how many months until the foot length reaches the labeled size. Pro also compares a record with the same-age distribution: the latest record's position, and the distributions by age. The FAQ has been sorted by topic and rewritten. The measurement reminder is now set per child's name and arrives once at 10:00 AM.

On the growth chart, each record's value now sits directly above its point. Before, it could appear away from the point. Measuring is now done by tracing only, which makes the screen easier to follow: trace your foot on paper, take your foot away, and photograph the sheet.

Now available in 23 more languages, including German, French, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese. The App Store listing is in your language too. Fixed an issue where the same-age reference band could be missing from the growth chart. The vertical axis now follows your own records, so growth is easier to read at a glance.

A maintenance release that makes your records safer. - iCloud sync rebuilt: when the same record is edited on two devices, the newer edit wins. Records deleted during a sync no longer come back - Fixed a bug where trace photos could be deleted if records failed to load - Fixed a bug where a past record's shoe size changed as your child grew. The size is now based on the age at the time of the measurement - Added FAQ entries on width grades and foot girth, including what grades like 2E mean and how to measure girth - Clarified that photo correction only flattens distortion of the paper surface

Shoe sizes can now be shown in your own notation. - Choose your notation: JP, EU, US or UK (the default follows your region). Measuring is now automatic.
