TIMERS
Pick the apps you want to stop using and set a timer. Use them for a few minutes, then they lock and you focus for a while. Run a different timer for each app
BLOCK NOW
Lock your apps for a set amount of time or until a time you pick. Need a minute? Turn on Let me hop back on and choose how often, how long you can stay on and how long you have to wait
LEAVE YOUR APPS AT THE DOOR
Pick a place like the library, the gym or your dorm, and Hop Off blocks your apps while you're there. Or flip it so they're only blocked when you're away. Set it for all day, certain hours, every day, or just weekdays.
BLOCK WITH A TAG
Tap an NFC tag to block your apps and leave it at home. Tap it again to get them back.
