Meet Mr. Receipt, your new guide in the Kitchen. He shares tips on how to keep each food fresh longer and what to make with it before it goes bad. Right after you scan a receipt, Mr. Receipt now shows you a few things worth knowing about what you just bought. The Waste tab has a new card with simple fixes for the foods you threw out most last month. Household got a fresh look. Food saved is now a race between everyone in your home, and Fed the house shows who paid for the month's groceries in one ring. Both come with a new card to share. Sharing your month now uses a fuller card that matches your light or dark mode. We also made the spending chart smoother and the tabs quicker to follow your swipe, fixed the month picker so the current month always shows up, and cleaned up a lot of small things along the way.

Ripn now speaks French and Portuguese. It follows your phone's language, and you can change it anytime in Settings. You can now set a monthly grocery budget. The Money screen shows how much you have left to spend and where the month is heading. A new card shows how much of the month's food you used in time and how much went in the bin. With Unlimited or Household, you can pick several receipt photos at once, and Ripn works out which ones belong to the same receipt. Ripn has its own camera now, so reading starts the moment you take the photo. Receipts in another currency are converted into your home currency. Receipts are grouped by week, and you can tap any week to see just that week. Your very first receipt no longer counts toward your 2 free scans. Household is easier to start. You can send the link right after you subscribe, and whoever joins sees what you now share. If you start a free trial, Ripn reminds you 3 days before it ends. Ripn now asks before your first receipt is read by AI, and your privacy choices are in Settings.

Your food has faces now. Every item in your kitchen gets its own little character, and you can tell at a glance how it's doing. Fresh ones bounce around happily, the ones you should use soon start to sweat, and anything left too long gets a bit stinky. Reminders show the character too, so you know which food needs eating before you even open the app. You can answer "Used it" or "Threw it out" right from the notification. The Money screen is easier to read. It's split into Spending, Shopping and Waste, and you can swipe between them. There's also a new card that shows what changed since last month. "Where the month is heading" is smarter now. It looks at how you usually shop, so one big trip early in the month doesn't throw the number off. The free tier is now 2 scans a month, refreshing on the 1st, instead of a one-time allowance. Tap any item you bought more than once to see every purchase of it: when, what it cost, and how much of it went in the bin. Receipts can be fixed after scanning. Change the store, the date, the item names and the prices. Non-food no longer lands in your kitchen. Toothpaste and batteries still count toward your spending, they just stop turning up with an expiry date. Fixed a scan failure that lost whole receipts, and fixed dates reading a day early outside Europe.

Receipts moved out of the menu and onto the header, so it is one tap from the month you are looking at.

Free scans are now 10 per account, up from 5. Clearer instructions on the scan screen, and choosing a photo from your library is now as easy to find as taking one. Fixed a bug where receipts scanned late in the evening could save with the next day's date.

Old receipts now work properly. Scan one from months ago and the spending lands in the month you actually bought it, without filling your kitchen with food that is long gone. Past-date items are easier to see and act on. They no longer fade out, and the Kitchen splits into "Went bad" and "Use soon" so you know what needs a decision now. The Money screen reads better. Your top three categories are named, the rest fold into one, and the spending breakdown is clearer at a glance. Fixed: receipts sometimes not appearing in the list after a scan, and edited prices occasionally not saving.
