Two gorillas on rooftops, an exploding banana, angle and velocity — that was all it took. This is a faithful, from-scratch tribute to that classic, rebuilt for iPhone with the same EGA heart. THROW LIKE IT'S 1990 • The genuine EGA look: 640x350, sixteen colors, the exact palette • A new random city skyline every round, windows lit and dark • Wind, gravity and craters — every miss leaves a hole in the city • The sun still gets shocked when your banana flies through it THE DETAILS THAT MATTER • The gorillas are drawn by the original's own line-and-arc routine, not redrawn sprites • The banana's four rotation frames come straight from the original's data statements • Every melody is the original's PLAY string, performed by a procedural PC-speaker synth • Hit yourself and your opponent takes the point — house rules of 1990 apply PLAY YOUR WAY • Pass-and-play duels on one device, just like sharing a keyboard • Or face the CPU: three difficulties, from wobbly Rookie to dead-eye Ace • Set the gravity: Moon, Mars, Earth or Jupiter TOUCH-FIRST CONTROLS Drag anywhere to aim: horizontal for angle, vertical for velocity.
