Details is the site and project management app for Details Contracting — the working record of every job, from the first phase to the final sign-off.
Built for the people doing the work: project managers, site engineers, quality engineers, accountants, consultants, security guards and clients each see the part of the project that belongs to them.
PROJECTS, PHASES AND STAGES
Every project is broken into numbered phases, and every phase into named stages. Add a phase anywhere in the running order, drag to re-sort, and the numbering follows. Progress rolls up automatically from the stages beneath it.
SCHEDULING
Set the project start date and how many days each phase needs. Dates cascade back to back across the whole plan. Pin any phase's dates by hand and everything after it re-anchors. Overdue phases are flagged.
MONEY, CLEARLY
Open a project and see what it is worth, what the client has paid, what is left, and what has been spent on top. Stage-level pricing, subcontractor costs and a full record of every custody, expense and return.
EVIDENCE FROM SITE
Attach photos, video and documents to any stage. Leave a comment, a voice note or a video note. Log a delay with its reason and who it belongs to. Nothing about the job lives in a chat thread nobody can find later.
CLOSING REPORTS
A phase cannot be closed until every stage in it is finished and a written closing report is filed, with whatever files prove the work was done.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The things a client asks for on the phone that belong to no phase or stage. Write it down, set a due date, assign it to someone, attach an example photo, discuss it, tick it off.
REQUESTS AND APPROVALS
Raise material and service requests from a shared catalogue, track them line by line from submitted to delivered, and approve them from wherever you are.
SITE ATTENDANCE
Check in and out on site. The office sees who was where, and when.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH
The whole app in either language, fully right-to-left in Arabic. Switch any time in Settings.
Details is a private business application. Accounts are created by a Details Contracting administrator; there is no public sign-up.
