Photograph the plate. Scan the barcode. Read the full panel — vitamins, minerals, omega balance, polyphenols. The foods you log often come first.
Photograph the plate. Scan the barcode. Log the meal. See what it actually carried — protein and calories, then everything most trackers skip: vitamins, minerals, omega balance, polyphenols.
Tally is a food log built like a lab instrument. It reads the whole label, checks the math against the package, and keeps a full nutrient ledger of your day — 3,167 reference foods deep.
THE TAPE HOLDS
— A photo of the plate. The camera names each food and finds it in two reference tables, and the foods you log often come first. Each line waits for you to confirm it before it is logged.
— What you ate. Scanned or searched, verified against the package. The math is checked; the package decides.
— A meal, cooked once. Each ingredient goes into it as it goes into the pot; serve it by share and every portion carries the full panel. What is left stays on file.
— Beyond calories. Vitamin A to zinc, iron, magnesium, selenium, omega-3 to omega-6, polyphenols — a full panel, never a score. Estimates are marked as estimates.
— What the pills actually add. Each supplement take feeds the same panel, label-true. 684 molecules on file, or type your own.
Every day that holds anything stays on file and reprints itself — totals, weight, the tape as written. Share one as an image, or don't. No verdict: the app does not judge a day.
No streaks, no confetti, no guilt on day 12. An instrument, not a theater. It reports. It never cheers.
THE DEAL
What you pay for is the panel: the full micronutrient reading under every meal, open for your first seven days on record. Monthly or yearly — and the yearly plan brings a partner along, free, on their own phone with their own tape. Cancel anytime.
HONESTY, WRITTEN DOWN
— Your tape is yours: local first, fully usable offline, exportable always.
— Micros a label doesn't declare are inherited from a reference food and marked as estimates.
— No antioxidant score, no composite numbers designed to impress.
— The camera names the food; the tables give the numbers. A food no table holds gets estimated macros, marked as estimated — never estimated micros.
— Nothing reaches your tape until you confirm it.
Built by one lifter who wanted his word to himself to hold. Day by day, line by line.

Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
THE PHOTO. Each food on the plate is matched to the table row that is that food, across two tables: the French reference table and the USDA table of foods as eaten. Kidney beans are no longer pork kidney. A food neither table holds gets estimated macros, marked as estimated.
YOUR USUAL FOODS. A photo of the cheddar you always buy logs that cheddar. Its weight stays within the range you usually eat.
THREE TABS. TODAY, PANEL and STACK. SCAN sits at the foot of TODAY, and the weigh-in in its top-left corner, on a ruler. The training log and the morning card are gone.
FOOD NAMES print in ten languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Russian and Chinese.
CHEESE. A scanned cheese or butter now carries its own vitamins and minerals, not those of the milk or cream it was made from.
MOTION. Numbers count up, bars fill, and a line written to the tape lands with a tap.
