Note Filer: AI Note Organizer
Auto-sorts voice, photos, PDFs
Free · In‑App Purchases
Drop in a thought, photo, voice memo, link, or PDF — the on-device AI files each into the right folder automatically. 100% private; nothing leaves your device.
Everything you capture, filed for you - automatically.
Most notes apps make YOU do the organizing. Note Filer flips that: you drop anything into one inbox, and an on-device AI decides where it belongs, building and evolving your folders on its own. No tagging. No filing. No folder admin.
CAPTURE ANYTHING, ONE PLACE
• Type a note, or capture a thought with a global shortcut on Mac
• Voice memos, transcribed on your device
• Photos & screenshots — text pulled out automatically (OCR)
• PDFs — the text is read and filed
• Links — fetched and summarized
• Checklists
THE AI DOES THE ORGANIZING
• Every note is filed into the right folder for you, with a short reason you can read
• The folder tree builds and tidies itself as you add more — merging and renaming as needed
• Wrong call? Drag it anywhere. You're always in control.
100% ON DEVICE, 100% PRIVATE
The AI runs entirely on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac using Apple's on-device intelligence. Your notes are never sent to any server — not ours, not anyone's. No account required. No tracking.
NOTE FILER PRO
Upgrade to sync every note and AI-built folder across your devices, and turn on proactive resurfacing — the app quietly brings back the note you'd have forgotten and nudges you on things that need follow-up. 7-day free trial.
The free tier stays genuinely useful forever: unlimited notes and the full on-device AI organizer, on a single device.
Requires a device with Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 / iPadOS 26 / macOS 26).
