Family Pulse: Huddle
One calm family check-in
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Family Pulse is a calmer way to stay close as a family — no noisy feed, no pressure.
Everyone checks in about their day in under a minute: mood, energy, the one thing that happened, anything they need help with, and something they appreciated. Family Pulse gathers it into a single warm brief so nobody slips through the cracks — who had a good day, who could use a little extra care, what to celebrate, and one gentle nudge for the family today.
THE FAMILY HUDDLE
When you want to actually talk, run a huddle: Celebrate the wins, Solve the snags, and Connect with a few good questions. Solve items turn straight into shared promises you can track. On iPad it opens into a kitchen-table layout for the whole family.
WEEKLY RESET
Every week, Family Pulse prepares a Sunday agenda for you — how everyone's week went, wins to celebrate, and what to carry forward.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Works fully offline — your check-ins stay on your device
- No account required; kids don't need an email
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics
AN HONEST NOTE
The family brief is generated on your device by simple, transparent rules. It reflects only what people choose to share — it is not a diagnosis and never assesses anyone's mental health.
Family Pulse is free.
