Mold Doctor is an AI troubleshooting tool for injection molding engineers. Upload a photo of the defect and enter your current process conditions. You get ranked causes, a current vs. suggested setting comparison, and a checklist of what to verify on the machine.

Work Standard Ledger
Register process conditions per machine and pull them up when you need them. Every revision is kept automatically. Prints to A4 for posting at the press, with a shift sign-off field.
Tryout Checklist
A standard template for new mold tryouts: pre-checks, condition setup, stabilization, appearance inspection. Shot weight, cycle time and condition changes are logged and exported as a report. A confirmed condition set saves straight into the Work Standard Ledger.

AI DIAGNOSIS
- Upload a defect photo and the type is classified automatically: short shot, flash, sink mark, weld line, burn, splay, discoloration, crack, warpage, void, jetting, surface roughness
- Ranked causes, the reasoning behind each, and how to verify it on the machine
- Current vs. suggested settings side by side: melt temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure, hold pressure, injection speed, cooling time, V/P transfer, back pressure, shot size, cushion
- Resin-aware logic: crystalline vs. amorphous, hygroscopic, glass-filled
- Photograph the machine screen or a condition sheet and the values are read automatically (OCR)
- Mold drawing analysis: gate position, cooling layout, thick section risk
- Follow-up re-estimation after you change something
- Export results as PDF, with a troubleshooting log kept automatically
IT ACCUMULATES
This is not a one-answer tool. Diagnoses, machine-level work standards and tryout records build up in your account. When the same defect comes back, you can find how it was solved last time. Change devices, log in, and the records are still there.
