I have yet to actually play this but i’ve played Livly Island for some time and i’m connected with all the ID & Password, Apple, and Google but when I try to login on this it says I don’t have an account. Is it just not possible to merge my data from it? I’ll probably just restart on this but was curious :)

Thank you for your support, and for checking! LVLYs is a separate service, so existing IDs and linked Apple/Google accounts can’t be used here, and data can’t be transferred over. We’re glad you’re starting fresh, and we hope you enjoy meeting your new livly!
Can’t link account

Every time you try and set an id and password to link account and trade it has a communication error.This means you can’t trade or gift items. The updated graphics are super cute but the game needs to function to be playable as it’s a large part of the game.Updated from developer response: no, no linking to apple or google does not work for me as ive lost trust in google and my apples so overcrowded with junk mail id rather have a security i can I remember and easily access from my list of things like you can do in the original game. Removing it feels like a real gross move.I know the Korean version of the game got taken down and merged after awhile. Wouldn’t be surprised if that happens here, just feels like a data grab looking at the agreements, but I don’t fully understand the legal jargon.My one star shall probably stay the same until this is fixed. The original game also has issues and company has made some seriously questionable moves into predatory territory in the guise of improving. Like double edge swords where it’s good on player old dupes getting refreshed but also encourages spending money to keep up with all the things layered on top of each other, but I was hoping they would continue to make improvements as they have been to make player experience better. This new branch at this time simply feels like a money/data grab. We shall see if it sticks around or merges.

Hi Grumpyorhappydependsontheappy,Thank you for telling us, and we're so glad you like the new graphics! We're sorry linking your account ended in an error. ID & Password is not supported in LVLYs, and that option should not have been shown. To trade and gift, go to Settings > Connect Account and link with Apple or Google. Trading and gifting unlock once you're linked, and your Livly and all your progress stay with you if you change devices or reinstall. We're removing the ID & Password option in an upcoming update so nobody else runs into this. If linking works for you, we'd love for you to give us another chance.

Absolutely LOVE the new Livly baby, Nekro, and I also love the color changing / transition RGB of the stitched plush tree!!! 🎃 🪡🧵 I hope the new update addresses the ‘History-Trades’ button issue because it is the only issue I have found so far in this game. Where you click into the history of your trade transactions it kicks you back (“error 500”) to the start screen. It doesn’t effect the game play, it just has an annoying red dot notification that won’t go away (yet) when you have trades open. I am so so excited to experience the new sets and livlies that are to come in this new edition - I will keep updating every few weeks too. So: *Boston accent* FIVE STAHS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
