Flo Titan is field software for backflow prevention professionals. It replaces the clipboard, the paperwork stacked in the truck, and the evening spent retyping test results into the office system. Testers log assemblies at the site, the office reviews and bills them, and nothing is entered twice. Flo Titan requires an active company workspace. Accounts are created by your administrator. XPRESS TEST REPORTS Log a complete backflow test in the time it takes to pack up your gauge. • Guided entry for RP, RPDA, DC, DCDA, PVB and SVB assemblies • PSID differentials calculated as you type, with instant pass/fail against the correct thresholds for that assembly type • Check valve conditions, relief valve operation, air inlet and shut-off valve status all recorded • First-test failures, parts replaced and retest readings captured on one report • Review site photos on the report before the certificate is filed • Gauge serial numbers and calibration dates recorded, with tester license details carried onto the report CUSTOMERS AND ASSEMBLIES • Customer, service location, assembly, so a device keeps its history when a property changes hands • Serial number, make, model, size, install location and water district on every assembly • Full test history, past work and billing contacts on one screen • Move devices between locations without losing the record DISPATCH, ROUTES AND THE MAP • See the day, week or month, and filter the board by technician • Plot jobs on a map, plan the drive between them, and open turn-by-turn directions • Start an optimized route from where you are, so the drive order makes sense • Assign, reschedule and reassign work, with unavailable technicians flagged on the board WORK ORDERS AND FIELD PRICING • Log labor hours and parts against the job, priced from your own list • Custom line items, or paste a batch of them straight into the document • Everything flows into the estimate without re-entry ESTIMATES, INVOICES AND QUICKBOOKS • Turn a finished job into an estimate or invoice in a tap • Payment terms (Due on Receipt, Net 15/30/60), percentage or flat discounts, custom notes • Sync to QuickBooks so the office books exactly what the field recorded QA REVIEW BEFORE ANYTHING LEAVES • A review queue that holds work back until it is checked: approve a test or edit its results, and mark a work order billed • Track finished jobs with no estimate or invoice yet, so no work goes unbilled • Filter the queue by record type or by customer REACH CUSTOMERS WITHOUT LEAVING THE JOB • Call a customer from the Communications workspace, in the app • Send SMS and email updates from the app • Conversation history stays on the thread in Communications HANDS-FREE VOICE ASSISTANT Hold Ask to search, or jump straight to a screen, while your hands are busy. What's new in Flo Titan 1.0.5 • Fresh look: updated light and dark colors with stronger contrast, so screens are easier to read, including the maps. • Test crew: record the technicians who helped the certified tester on each test. A crew count now shows beside the tester's name. • Clearer test stages: stage names now say exactly where a test stands, such as "Pending Retest & Pending Submission". • Customers: a customer whose website was saved without "https" no longer stops the customer list or details from loading. • Updated app framework and general stability improvements.
