Stock management for log and lumber businesses. Enter the board sizes and the volume in m³ is calculated for you; stacks, auctions, shipments and quotes live in one place. Works on iPhone, iPad and the web with the same data.
STOCK TRACKING
• Main stock and auction stacks are tracked with their m³ totals.
• Volume is calculated on the server from the sizes you enter, so the phone and the office never disagree.
• When a count does not match, a supervised stock adjustment records the difference.
AUCTIONS AND STACKS
• Auction balance, transfers between stacks and a step-by-step transfer flow.
• Incoming stock and balances are verified together on the server.
PACKAGES AND PRODUCTION
• Package records, size tables and total m³.
• Requests and production move forward on the same data.
SHIPMENTS
• Shipment records with vehicle, driver and weighbridge details; net weight is calculated automatically.
• Weighbridge tickets, vehicle papers and driver documents can be attached to a shipment.
• Drivers see only their own shipments and confirm delivery in the app.
