TutorLedger helps individual subject tutors record lessons, track packages, and settle pay clearly. Log after class, auto-deduct prepaid hours or park postpaid amounts, then generate a bill parents can verify—no heavy school admin system, just a pocket ledger for tutoring pay.
LOG A LESSON IN SECONDS
Pick a student, confirm duration and rate, and save. Default rates come from the student profile, with a per-lesson price snapshot so amounts stay accurate later.
THREE BILLING MODES
• Prepaid package — purchase sessions, deduct on each lesson
• Pay after class — lessons stay pending until you issue a bill
• Pay per session — mark paid on the spot when needed
