Inventory Flow is a companion app for ServiceM8 field teams who manage stock across staff vans, an optional company store and jobs.
View inventory, tools and PPE; check out, use and return materials on ServiceM8 jobs; request stock from the store; and work with encrypted offline inventory data. Search stock by text, barcode or voice.
An existing company setup and authorised staff access are required for live ServiceM8 inventory. Staff can open Inventory Flow from the ServiceM8 add-ons menu or use a sign-in QR code from an already signed-in device. The app does not create company accounts or process customer payments.
Developed by Adams Add-ons as an independent ServiceM8 integration.

Added tracked, requestable Consumables. All four inventory categories now stay on one row, with clearer icons on small screens. Issues show the ServiceM8 job number for invoice checks. Fixed permitted Store access, category changes, Van/Used/Total quantity editing and repeated sync warnings.
