Artist Archive is a private record-keeping app made for bridal makeup artists and hairstylists. Log a client, save each trial with the products, shades, notes and photos you used, then bring it all back to recreate the exact look on the big day.
It was built by a working bridal makeup artist, for the people who actually do this job. Not a booking system with notes bolted on, but a tool built around the one moment that matters: recreating a trial look weeks later, perfectly.

A built-in catalogue of 7,300+ real products, and growing, means you are not typing every product by hand. It autocompletes as you type, and anything it does not have yet, you add once and it is there next time.
BUILT FOR REAL BRIDAL WORK
Makeup, hair, or both, Artist Archive fits the way you work. Enter details on your iPad after a trial, then read them back on your phone at the wedding. It works offline when the venue signal does not, and syncs when you are back in range.

Artist Archive is free to use. Premium lifts the limits and adds the business side: unlimited clients and trials, more photos per look, deposit and balance tracking, restock and renewal reminders, your suppliers, and your own reusable email templates. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription with a free trial, and you can cancel any time.
