ZenCaddie
Train your golf mental game
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
One bad hole doesn't have to cost you nine. Settle first-tee nerves, reset mid-round in 30 seconds, and build the golf brain your swing deserves. Free for 3 days.
Golf is played on the five-and-a-half-inch course between your ears. ZenCaddie is the caddie for that course.
Most golfers lose more strokes to tilt than to technique. One double becomes three, first-tee nerves wreck the front nine, and five swing thoughts crowd the ball. ZenCaddie settles your head before the round, rescues it mid-round, and trains it between rounds.
BEFORE THE ROUND
• A 4-step pre-round routine — Center, Visualize, Affirm, Commit — so you walk to the first tee already settled
• Daily affirmations built for golfers, or record your own in your voice
ON THE COURSE
• Mid-Round Rescue: tap what just happened — bad shot, blow-up hole, racing mind, anger, pressure putt — and get the right reset in about 30 seconds
• Breathing matched to the moment: box breathing before a pressure putt, long exhales to cool anger
• Pre-shot routine cards with short cues: "See it. One feel. Exhale. Go."
• Round tracking that shows momentum slipping while you can still stop it
BETWEEN ROUNDS
• 21 short mental habits, streaks, reminders, and home-screen widgets
• Practice-to-Play training so your range game travels to the course
ON YOUR WRIST
• Apple Watch app for breathing and resets without pulling out your phone
