EVERY STATE, EVERY RULE All 50 states and the District of Columbia are built in, each with its own logic: - Annual, biennial, or no recurring report at all - Fixed calendar deadlines and anniversary-based deadlines - First day, last day, or quarter end of your anniversary month - Odd-year and even-year biennial cycles - The filing fee and a direct link to the official state portal Some states want a report every April 1. Some count from the day you formed. Some want nothing at all. Enter your formation date once and Goodstand works out the rest.
