The US Open Driver app supports transportation operations and managed vehicle services during the annual US Open Tennis Championships at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York City.
The app helps drivers efficiently manage assigned transportation jobs throughout each journey from acceptance to completion or cancellation. Drivers can view ride and passenger details, use integrated GPS navigation, update job statuses in real time and communicate with the operations team.
Transport managers can coordinate bookings, assign drivers based on availability, manage shifts and workloads and monitor jobs throughout their lifecycle. Real-time updates provide greater operational visibility and help ensure reliable service across the event.
Training videos are available within the app to help drivers understand its features and learn how to manage their assigned rides effectively. Drivers can also quickly contact the support team through the dedicated Support section whenever assistance is needed.
By bringing ride management, navigation, training resources and real-time communication together in one platform, the US Open Driver app enables efficient and dependable event transportation operations.
