New: when you remove or replace a crew member on a shift, you can tick a box to text them that they are off it. New: "Approve drops within" now has an "Always" choice, so every request to come off a shift waits for your OK. Proposals: a quote that was replaced by a newer one closes on its own, you can mark a quote lost with a reason, and a quote stays open through its last valid day. Screens now say "not available" instead of showing an empty list or zeros when something cannot be read. Hours already paid outside the app count toward cost but never toward payroll.

New: proposals you can act on, with a "who to chase today" list and the numbers to judge them. New: when a crew member drives straight from one event to the next, it is paid as one continuous stretch, and payroll export asks you to review any double it cannot measure. New: every booking card shows the Today spec and who is assigned. New: offboard a crew member and see shifts waiting for a replacement. Settings is now grouped into categories, and first-run setup asks where your bookings live and connects your booking software in one step.

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. The app shows how many trial days are left, so the end never catches you by surprise.

Remind client: send a quick text when a signature, deposit, questionnaire, design or backdrop is still missing. A cleaner Bookings screen, with tile groups that fold away. Messages now read like iPhone Messages, with All, Unread and Recent filters. Edit the wording of client reminder texts in Settings > Automated texts. The Live Day Board shows one card per crew member. The printer now stays with its unit. The test notification row in Settings is readable again. Check-in captions now wait until you pick the service, city and event type, and a Rewrite button writes a new one on demand.

Event prep: the unit number saves to the booking as you type. Each prep card now shows the same details as the Today tab (HQ showtime, service and shift hours, backdrop, add-ons, event type), the template design and whether it's approved, and flags a missing backdrop. Cards fold to keep the list tidy. Ops team members can open Today and Bookings when their owner turns it on in Settings.

Messages: start a direct message or a group with your team from the Messages tab, name the group, and see who's in it. Your thread with the office is still there, first in the list. Cleaner five-tab bar, and the message box now sits right above the keyboard.

HQ Clock: handed another task after you clocked in? Add it from the clock card — no need to clock out. You confirm first, and the time it was added is logged on your day. End-of-day report: gallery counts now show what you marked uploaded, and an unmeasured count no longer reads as zero. Sign-in codes now arrive through a more reliable delivery path.

Fixes a crash that could close the shift screen on this device while location was on. Check-in, automatic check-in and route tracking work normally again.

If a screen ever fails to load, you now get a clear message with a Reload button and a one-tap way to reset the app - instead of a blank screen. Problems are reported automatically so we can fix them faster. Plus reliability fixes across shifts, time-off requests and the owner dashboard.

Your money screen now shows the payroll that is actually due next, and business owners can set their own pay period. Crew can leave a note about a venue, so the next crew knows what to expect when they arrive. Business owners can connect their Google Business Profile and share setup photos as job check-ins. Crew are told up front that setup photos may be published. Faster and steadier: photos load quicker, large booking imports finish, and no screen waits forever on a slow connection.

Notifications now work on iPhone. Turn them on from the Home screen and you'll get shift reminders and updates even when the app is closed. When the app asks to use your location, it now asks by name, so you can see it's this app asking. Your shift screen can show the booking's links — designs, event details, payment and invoice — when your admin turns them on.

Shift alerts now arrive as notifications on your phone. Turn them on from the Home screen when you're asked, and you'll hear about late check-ins and setup reminders without waiting on a text.

Crew members can now delete their account right in the app (More menu), and business owners can close their business from the same screen with a 30-day grace period. The privacy policy page now describes exactly what is deleted and what your employer keeps.

• Event prep now asks before changing a booking's unit. If the unit you prepped differs from the event card, choose "Change the card" or "Keep", then confirm at submit. • Your day-before booking card waits for event prep to be filed, so it always carries the right unit and backdrop. It goes out as soon as prep is done. • Admins can release a held day-before text from the event page. • Clearer submit feedback when a card change did not apply, plus daily report reliability fixes.

New • Set each crew member's role on an event — primary, second attendant, or trainee. • Search your bookings, and browse them month by month, on the All Bookings list. • Pick a date range from a single calendar. • Printers now count their own prints, so you see prints remaining by type.
