Ascendo is a habit tracker built on one idea: a streak should bend instead of break.
Start with a single goal. After a full week, add another one — or raise the target on the one you have. Building up slowly is the entire point. A pile of resolutions on day one is why most habit apps get deleted by February.
ONE BAD DAY WON'T COST YOU YOUR STREAK
Every week you earn a rest day. Use it and every goal is skipped with zero penalty. Don't use it and it banks for later, so a rough week can't erase months of work. Real life includes the flu, deadlines, travel, and holidays — your streak should be able to absorb them.
BUILD GOOD HABITS. BREAK BAD ONES.
Good habits are the things you want more of: read 20 pages, run 3 times a week,practice guitar for 30 minutes. Reach the target and any surplus banks toward the next stretch.
Bad habits are the things you want less of: cigarettes, late-night scrolling,takeout. Stay under your limit and the unused room banks exactly the same way.
Set a target by day, week, month, quarter, or year. Track it by count or by time.
