Calendar notes: jot down on a day what you have to do yourself — the dentist, calling the insurance, picking up a parcel — with a time or without one. It belongs to no family and never enters an invoice; it's yours. They show at the top of the day, the month marks which days have something noted, and you tick them off as you do them. Give one a time and, if it overlaps with a shift, Horalia tells you what it overlaps with and from what time to what time. Log work on a day you had already taken and it tells you what's there too. It warns you; it doesn't stop you.

Receipt photos: when you log an expense in Inventory you can attach up to five photos of the store receipt, taken on the spot or chosen from your photos. It's optional. In the history, "View photos" shows the receipts for each invoice, expense by expense, so you can save them to Photos or share them with the family. Before saving them, Horalia strips their location and other photo data. They're stored in your iCloud, like everything else.

Inventory: log what you buy for each family — item and amount — and bill it with its own invoice, separate from your hours. Each series keeps its own numbering and its own receipt. Expenses that aren't invoiced yet can be edited or deleted, always with a confirmation, and the invoice can be undone just like the hours one. Settings moved to the gear on Home, so the fifth tab is Inventory.
