Time Loginator is a complete time tracker for one person: as deep as the work needs, and out of your way when you just want to start a timer and report.
TRACK
• Clients, jobs, and tasks, with categories across all of them. Use as many levels as the work needs and hide the ones you never use.
• Several timers at once. A paused timer keeps its place; a running one survives a restart.
• Rename any level to your own words.
BILL
• Hourly rates on the client, the job, or the task — the most specific one applies.
• Start times round down to your increment — 1, 5, 6, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Deductions: set a rule once and unbilled breaks like lunch come off by themselves.
• Mark what you have already billed.
REPORT
• Any period, any client, billable or not, in hours or decimal.
• Twenty-two columns to choose from.
• CSV through the share sheet — Files, a cloud drive, or any app that takes a document.
• A stacked chart of the last 30 days on the dashboard, and the same chart over any report range.
CONNECT (subscription)
• Toggl Track, Harvest, ClickUp, Jira, Clockify, Asana, Trello, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, and Xero.
• Pull their clients, projects, and tasks into the app — where the service has them — so you track against the real names. Send your time to nine of the ten; Trello stores no time, so it imports only.
• Nothing is sent until you say so. Hold your time until you have looked it over, or turn on automatic sending for a connection.

There is no trial clock, no entry limit, and no counter anywhere in the app. Tracking, billing, reports, charts, and CSV export are free and stay free.
$0.99 a month or $9.99 a year — the annual plan saves about 16%.
PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
No analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry — not switched off, absent. Your entries stay on the device unless you connect something. The whole database saves to a single file and restores from it.
