Draw a tile, build runs and sets, and be the first to empty your rack. Tiles already on the table are fair game — take them apart and rebuild them, as long as everything is valid when your turn ends. Everyone sees the same table, and your own tiles always sit along the bottom. Step away whenever you like. Everyone starts with 14. A run is three or more of the same colour in a row — red 4, red 5, red 6. A set is the same number in different colours — red 7, blue 7, black 7.
