iPhone

Before you share a photo, see what’s hidden inside. PrivPix shows you the GPS, device, date, and other metadata attached to it-then helps you remove it. You think you’re sharing a photo. You may be sharing more. Take an ordinary photo with your iPhone and there can be information attached to it that you never notice when you look at the picture. A location. A date. Details about the device that took it. Most of the time, you may never think about any of this. Until you’re about to send that photo to someone you don’t know. Or post it somewhere anyone can see. That’s the moment PrivPix was made for. SEE WHAT COMES WITH YOUR PHOTO Select a photo and PrivPix lets you inspect the metadata attached to it, including GPS location, dates, device information, camera details, and other available metadata. Now you know what’s there before you decide what to share. REMOVE WHAT YOU DON’T WANT TO SHARE When you’re ready, PrivPix can clean identifying metadata from the photo and let you save or share the cleaned copy. No need to understand EXIF. No complicated metadata editor. Just check the photo, clean it, and share with more control. YOUR PHOTOS STAY ON YOUR IPHONE PrivPix processes your photos on-device. Your photos aren’t uploaded somewhere else just to inspect or clean their metadata. Because a privacy tool shouldn’t create another privacy question. BUILT FOR THE MOMENT BEFORE YOU SHARE Selling something online? Posting a photo publicly? Sending a picture to someone you don’t know? Take a few seconds and see what comes with the photo first. HOW PRIVPIX WORKS 1. Select a photo 2. See the metadata attached to it 3. Clean what you don’t want to share 4. Save or share the cleaned copy PrivPix includes 3 free photo cleanings, so you can try it with your own photos before deciding whether you need unlimited cleaning. Some photo features or formats may contain data that can’t be preserved when metadata is removed. When relevant, PrivPix warns you before cleaning. You chose the photo. PrivPix helps you choose what goes with it. By downloading, you agree to the Standard Apple End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Ratings & Reviews

A little less friction between your photo and a clean copy. This update fixes bugs and improves performance so checking and cleaning photo metadata feels faster and smoother. Same idea as always: know what comes with your photo before you share it.
