Najeto is a service journal, mileage log and cost overview for your vehicle — all on your phone and all offline. No account, no cloud, no sign-up. Your data stays on the device and is never sent anywhere. WHAT THE APP KEEPS AN EYE ON • MOT, insurance and road tax — reminders two months, one month, a week and a day ahead, so there is time to book • Service intervals by distance and by time — oil, timing belt, brake fluid, seasonal tyre change • Deadlines that follow the vehicle type — a lorry is tested every year, a trailer has no fuel figures, a tractor runs on engine hours FUEL AND CONSUMPTION • Three fields and done — a fill-up takes twenty seconds at the pump • Full-to-full consumption, so the numbers match reality • Electric vehicles in kWh, plug-in hybrids in litres and kWh at once • For electricity we count the kWh delivered, so even a partial charge gives the right figure — charging losses included MILEAGE LOG • Business and private journeys, saved routes in a single tap • We check each journey against the odometer and flag gaps and overlaps • Export to PDF, CSV and XLSX — ready for a tax return or a mileage claim COSTS AND STATISTICS • Cost per mile or kilometre over the last year and over the full history • Consumption and spending trends over time, winter against summer • Spending split between fuel, electricity and servicing DOCUMENTS • Registration document, insurance certificate and garage invoices as photos • The built-in scanner straightens the text and crops the edges • Expiry dates tracked for documents that run out MORE THAN JUST A CAR Motorbike, scooter, quad, trailer, campervan, minibus, lorry, tractor and work machinery. Every vehicle carries its own units — one runs in kilometres and litres, the next in miles, the third in engine hours. FREE AND PRO Free: one vehicle, fill-ups, service records, documents, statistics and reminders. Pro unlocks unlimited vehicles, a service journal for each of them and the mileage log export. PRIVACY The app works with no internet connection. It has no accounts and no sync, so your distances, prices and documents never leave the phone. A backup is a file you make whenever you like and keep yourself. SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS Najeto offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited vehicles, a service journal for each of them and trip log export. Pro is also available as a one-off purchase, with no subscription. Any payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store at any time after purchase.
