Shared caterers and travel places can now be updated after the fact — edit one you've already shared and tap Update to refresh it for everyone, instead of creating a second listing. "Suggest update" on a community entry now corrects the original listing directly, rather than adding a separate copy alongside it. Added an email field for catering vendors, alongside phone and website. Fixed a bug where a vendor's website could be dropped when sharing it to the community directory.

Trip imports: pasted legs, dates, times, and FBO details can now be corrected in place if anything came through wrong. Fixed a bug where removing a shared aircraft could silently reappear on the next sync. Barcode scanning: added manual entry as a backup, and misread codes can now be corrected before saving. Crew Vault improvements New: a shared activity log for your crew vault — see when keyholders were added or removed, with a full history available anytime from the Profiles tab. Removing a keyholder's access is now more reliable, even if their phone wasn't actively running the app at the time. Fixed an issue where simply opening a shared passenger profile could occasionally cause a more recent edit from another keyholder to be lost. Clearer, more helpful guidance if you ever lose access to a crew vault, including a safe way to reconnect and clean up any vault created by mistake.

Meals get a home of their own, and everything lands where you expect. New Meals tab — your meal lists, organized by course from Snacks to Dessert. Getting a meal from the Lounge now asks which course it belongs to, and a long press moves any meal between courses. Today's meals — tap to copy any meal into today's service as a working checklist with fresh boxes. The library original is never touched. Unselect it and it's gone; archive the trip and the day's service is saved with it, so you can always look back at what was served. Accepting a share invitation now takes you straight to what you joined — the shared stocking list, or the crew vault. Tap "+ More" on Today to switch between all your aircraft or add a new tail on the spot — no detour through Settings. Organize with AI got stricter and safer: it only ever reorders your exact items (never invents new ones), keeps your notes and photos through the reorder, and a new Undo button restores exactly what you had. Undo also covers AI trip imports. Passenger profiles now lead the Crew Vault screen, with custody management below. Clearer wording throughout — stocking templates, the profiles lock screen, and updated in-app guides covering all of it. Built by crew, for crew.

Sharing that just works, and your profiles where you want them. Fixed: crew vault and shared tail stocking invitations can now be accepted — tap the invite link and you're in. If a past invite went nowhere, tap it again after updating. Move passenger profiles between My Vault and the Crew vault without retyping — share a profile with your keyholders in two taps, or withdraw it back to personal-only custody any time. Profiles still never leave the vault system. No exports, ever. Custody, clarified: keyholders add and edit crew profiles as they learn; only the vault owner can delete, withdraw, or move them. Notification switches now verify and repair themselves, and Settings shows their live status — so your alerts are always exactly what the switches say. New members get a neutral handle and a one-time invitation to make it their own. The Lounge can now recognize credited community voices — watch for the teal badge. Never miss a reply — get a push when someone answers your Talk post, and find your own threads instantly with the new My posts filter, complete with new-reply badges. Know the moment your share goes live — a push when a moderator approves your submission, and a heads-up with the reason if it needs a tweak. Crew intel, right on your Trip Sheet — community-recommended places and caterers at this trip's airports surface automatically, next to your culture notes. Your bar minds itself — a morning reminder when items are near expiration or below par, computed from your real stock. Silent when everything's aboard. Share while it's fresh — archiving a trip offers a gentle nudge to recommend a hotel, restaurant, or culture note from where you just flew. Recognition for the regulars — frequent contributors earn the CREW SOURCE mark, and your milestones get celebrated as your shares go live. Enter an airport code and culture notes file under the right country, surfacing on matching Trip Sheets.
