Ironside is a private, structured pelvic-floor training program for men. Five to six minutes a day, guided rep by rep — built like real training, because it is.
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
Start with a two-minute baseline test. Get your Stamina Score, see which of four components — endurance, control, activation, recovery — is holding you back, and retest every 14 days to watch the real number move.
A REAL PROGRAM
• A 12-week progression across five exercise types: holds, flicks, ladders, breath work, and release
• Rest days and deload weeks built in, like serious strength programming
• Difficulty adapts to your retests — and after week 12, maintenance cycles keep you sharp
• A release-led track for men whose problem is tension, not weakness
GUIDED SESSIONS
Follow the bar. Haptics lead, audio seconds it, and the screen is optional — sessions work with the phone face-down. Pause and resume anytime.
COMPLETELY PRIVATE
• No account, no email, no name
• Your answers, results, and history never leave your phone
• Content-free notifications — they never say what the app is for
• A neutral app icon option
BUILT-IN SAFETY
A short safety check screens for symptoms that deserve a clinician before a training plan. Ironside is training, not medical care — it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
SUBSCRIPTION
Ironside requires a subscription: $39.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or $9.99/month. Prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Settings.
