Comms check,I just wanted to briefly share with you how incredibly proud I am of what our team has built. CallSign Mobile is about more than wireless service. It’s about creating a network for those who served, the families who stood beside them, and everyone who supports this community. We are proud to also set aside $1/line/mo to our Signal Impact fund that will go to programs that help heal, connect and build the Veteran community.But I’m not just the founder, I’m on the network as a customer too. I put myself, my wife, and our two teenage kids with phones on CallSign Mobile the day we went live.I had to go out of town for the companies launch and came back and asked my kids how their phones have been working, and they were like “dad what are you talking about?” So if that’s not proof of how good our service is, because you know, a teenager isn’t gonna put up with any network down time, I would have heard complaints form them immediately and often 😆 I also had my 15yr old daughter go through the steps in the app without coaching and she got all the way up to ready to port her number from Verizon without any assistance - great work by the team.I would also say that going through this process the first time can carry a little psychological weight, we have to acknowledge that our phones are our lifelines and thinking about it not working can create a barrier to action. To that I will say again, I put my whole family on CallSign Mobile Service and wouldn’t do so if I didn’t believe it was a superior service.
