We Build / وي بيلد
Units, auctions & contracts
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
We Build puts your whole property journey in one app — from browsing available units, to bidding in a live auction, to completing your contract and tracking every installment.
BROWSE PROJECTS, BUILDINGS AND UNITS
Explore our projects stage by stage. Move from the master plan to a building, then to an individual unit, and see at a glance what is available, reserved or already sold.
SEE EVERY DETAIL BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Each unit page shows the area, floor, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, direction, view, finishing level and price per square metre — along with a full photo gallery and videos you can play inside the app or open on YouTube.
JOIN LIVE AUCTIONS
Bid on units in real time. Follow the current price per square metre, the number of bidders, your own position and the time left to bid, all updating live as the auction runs. The full bid history stays visible, and you see the result the moment the auction closes.
BUY ON A PLAN THAT SUITS YOU
Compare payment plans side by side: down payment, number of years, approximate monthly installment and total price. Choose your plan, review a clear payment summary, pick your contract date and complete the booking steps in the app.
TRACK YOUR CONTRACTS AND INSTALLMENTS
All of your contracts in one place. Check the next installment due date, the full payment schedule and what is still outstanding, and review the units you already own.
STAY INFORMED
Company news and project updates with photos and videos, plus push notifications so nothing important passes you by.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH, PROPERLY
The entire app — every screen, every number, every layout — works in Arabic (right-to-left) and in English. Switch language whenever you like.
LOOK AROUND FIRST
Browse projects, buildings and units as a guest. Sign in when you are ready to bid, buy, or open your contracts.
